Flip out


I'm so happy to say that the wait is finally over (but still more to come) because I've just been called by UiTM for an interview (diploma in masscomm) this Saturday! Alhamdulillah. Judging by my shitty result, I didn't expect to be called at all but I guess Allah heard my prayers and it was my last pinch of hope of getting accepted into a University.

The only thing I have to worry now is the interview and only God knows how nervous I am right now. I googled for some helpful tips regarding this interview but I found literally nothing. However, I did find out about what to expect during the interview and the most frequently asked questions are mostly about politics. God knows how much I hated that topic. I happened to come across this one blog while I was googling and what the interviewer asked him was, "What is the relationship between YAB Dato' Sri Haji Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak and Dato' Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein?", I almost peed in my pants by just reading it. Time to read newspapers, Ammelia. Sigh.

Well I have 5 days to buck up so wish me luck, guys!

I had always wondered if there will ever come a time for me to actually step out of tanah airku for as long as I still breathe. Though I was told that I had been to Singapore before but apparently I was still a baby then - one that I had no clear, and vivid memory of. Sian Acu

Curi tulang a bit from work to write this. LOL jk. Just got a bit (a handful actually) of time to spare and I just have to HAVE to document this in the form of writing (or in this case, blogpost). So last week after work, I went out to have a nice dinner in Subang with my family sans Ayah. As we had parked our car, I was carrying my lil’ niece, Hana (Ehem, I don’t usually carry her because my goodness is she heavy but that night was an exception hehe just needed to get the bond and chemistry going) and in the distance, I saw the LRT train was passing by and we all know how kids are very intrigued about all these weird-looking, moving things, therefore I happily pointed the train to show it to Hana. So I've decided to start this 52 weeks project in which I would upload a picture every week for the whole year starting today :-) I did this project two years back on flickr ( click here ) but I stopped because of some reason and this time, I'm gonna do this project on Blogspot instead because I don't get that much recognition on flickr :( Anyway, I hope this time I wouldn't give up despite being busy with work.
