My one and only class got cancelled today. Spent the day folding my clothes, and completing my assignments that had to be submitted today.

Remember I said I met Wani a few days ago? I promised that I would upload the rest of the photos in a separate post so here it is. River cruise. Pretty stores somewhere at Jonker Walk. Street musicians! They were really good. We may or may have not seen Dynaz Mokhtar wandering in the streets of Melaka! Stalked her but lost her towards the end of the road. Some pretty alley we found while strolling. Stray kittens in the alley. 

Went for a brisk walk around my campus with my roommate and took this photo just in time before it hid behind the clouds. Just my luck hehe. 

Met Wani today, of whom we haven't met since late June last year, which was the first month of our second semester. She left UiTM for SPA in nursing and when she announced us the news we thought she was lying, considering she's the playful one among us but turned out it was true. Shed a few tears of course because we were so close since the first semester and knowing that she's gonna leave for good left a huge impact on us.  But fortunately today, we reunited back with her again, although it was just for a brief moment but it's fine as long as we get to meet her again. Not sure when's the next time but hopefully soon enough. We love you, Wani <3 p=""> Also we had an impromptu photoshoot today but those photos will be uploaded soon enough because I made a promise to Wani that I would let her photo be included in my 365 project :)

A little bit unmotivated today but here's a photo of my classmate, Dato'. Can't believe it has been a week since I started my project already?! 

One of my favourites here in my campus is the pasar they have here every Monday till Wednesday. And this "murtabak comel" is definitely something to die for. Campus isn't really such a bad idea when you have delicious food to eat hehe.

Picked up my parcel at the post office, had breakfast, now I'm back at home - packed my stuff and took the above photo. Mid-semester break had just ended which means I'm going back to campus right after I click "publish" for this post.  Until then!

Finally met the belated birthday girl today :-) Grumpy Hana Banana just woke up from her afternoon nap.

I am upset today because I was supposed to receive my parcel today but the postman came earlier than I had previously expected and I was still unfortunately asleep at that moment. I wanted to call the post office for a second attempt at delivering it but I then noticed they won't do second deliveries on every first Saturday of each month. What a bum. So here's a photo of my breakfast that I took with much reluctance.

I had a different vision of this but it came out just right. I hate planning or creating for ideas because every time I do so, the outcome wouldn't be how I wanted it to be, which then leads me to disappointment and I guess that is the exact reason why I become uninspired sometimes. This is boring but I'm still contented with how it turned out. Btw, I originally wanted to upload the b&w photo but the coloured one seems to be blog-worthy as well.... I decided to go with the latter. It's still too early for dark and gloomy photos :p

Only the second day of this project but I'm already out of ideas. Thankfully this pisang goreng/banana fritters saved my day.

Yes, I decided to partake on this project that is taking a photo a day for the whole year (365 days to be exact) starting today. I've always wanted to do this ever since I knew this project existed but have never gotten around to do so until today. It has always been inspiring whenever I see people on Flickr taking part on this project and actually completing it, regardless of how busy or lazy they are. Frankly, I hate being committed to something that I can't be responsible of. Two years back I did a 52 week project (a photo a week) but it ended a lot more earlier than I had expected thanks to my laziness haha. Anyway, new year, new challenges. I'm not sure where or what am I leading myself to (death bed?) but it's sort of like a test to see how I could juggle between studying and this project. Oh once I'm back in campus I'm gonna be experiencing a limited internet access hence, expect a slight late update from me! ..... :)

I haven't posted anything personal since I started posting photos and only that but since it's the new year so I decided that "a summary of 2013" deserves its own post. Besides, I think this is something I do annually? Although of course you can't read those posts now since they are kept private. Anyway, 2013 definitely taught me and changed me a lot. Living one and a half hour away from home definitely taught me how to be independent yet at the same it also taught me how to be dependent on my close friends (interdependent). It also taught me how to eliminate those who only find me for his/her own benefit (they don't appreciate you, trust me).  And along the way, I decided to start covering my hair for good. Of course I had a lot to think before I do so because once I cover up, I'll never be able to wear clothes that I own anymore (they are either too revealing or too tight), and I can never make-do of my hair prettily anymore.
